Analyzer Package
Analyzer house should consist of a self framing type shelter, assembled on a rigid superstructure.
- Shelter should be designed and constructed to be weather resistant.
- Shelter should be assembled on a welded steel super structure which would also be used for mounting of all internal equipments.
- The floor area should be kept clear of all frame members.
- Wall panels should be inter locking male and female ribs fabricated from galvanized steel sheet.
- Access door(s) should be of double-wall construction.
- Doors should include wire-reinforced or laminated safety glass window and stainless steel panic bar hardware.
- House should meet the standards of the international code i.e IEC, NFPA, ISA & Others requested.
- Options include insulation, double wall construction and painting.
- Cubicle Fabrication
- The type of Analyzer Cubicle is Walk-in or Front Access type.
- Cubicle should be designed for the weather resistance.
The structure of Cubicle should be firmly manufactured to meet the conditions of field.
- Materials of construction should be welded steel with angle reinforcement.
- Cubicle should have internal mounting panels, top lifting lugs, and a channel mounting base.
- Front door should have a piano type hinge, a three-point latch, a lever handle, and a lock.
- Interior and exterior surfaces should be painted.
Analyzer House or Cubicle
The following additional features would be included with the house or cubicles as required,
Internal mounting plates, brackets, and hardware.
- Sufficient lights to provide an adequate illumination level.
- Louvers (adjustable, stationary or barometric).
- Wall insulation by sheets of aluminum backed fiber glass.
- Climate control by ventilation or mechanical refrigeration.
- Gas Cylinder racks with retaining chains, mounted on exterior walls.
Piping
Piping in the analyzer house should be as shown on engineering diagrams, with sample line sizes and configurations in accordance with the specifications and recommendations of the analyzer manufacturer.
The piping working would include, but not be limited to,
- Sample, calibration gas, carrier gas, etc. lines from bulkhead connections to the sampling systems, analyzers and accessory equipments.
- Utility (air,steam,water) piping as required.
- Drains and vents, sized as required.
- Bulk head fittings, which would be generally located on the top section of the walls in location which will be convenient for field installation.
- All interconnecting piping and tubing.
- Fittings, valves, regulators, and etc. as required.
Electrical
All works should be done in accordance with International Electrotechnical Commission or National Electrical Code. If available, all equipments purchased for the analyzer house will meet local electrical classification requirements.
If the equipment is not applicable to local electrical requirements, we, TaeChin, will modify and correct it when necessary. All material should be in accordance with customer's specifications. Low voltage and analyzer signal wiring should be isolated from the power wiring throughout the entire house. All wiring should be run in conduit suitable for the electrical area classification. The followings are included for the installation of analyzers and accessories as needed.
- Internally or externally mounted AC power, digital and analog signal junction boxes.
- Individual power circuit breaker/discount switches for each power user.
- Explosion-proof boxes, fittings, and sales as required.

Drawings
The following drawings should be approved for each analyzer packages;
- Floor plan, showing major equipment location
- Piping schematic, showing components, valves, sizes, and etc.
- Electrical wiring diagram, showing conduit sizes, terminal boxes, terminal blocks, terminal designations,
wire sizes, circuit breakers, and etc.
- Dimensional outline, showing all connections, termination, and etc.
Shipment
All openings should be plugged to seal out dirt and moisture during transportation. Equipments should be braced to prevent damages due to vibration.
Analyzer house should be mounted on skids for ease of handling in the field. Suitable export crating is available for overseas shipping
